GA: The Second Continental Congress

The Second Continental Congress of 1776, is a governing body of the former United English Colonies of North America. The Congress will assemble on 10th of May 1775 in the Pennsylvania State House, Philadelphia, motivated by grievances against The Great Britain. In this Congress, delegates from the 13 Colonies will be present to represent their homelands. Participants for this Committee might expect declarations, freedom and crafting history. The committee will follow a Special General Assembly Rules of Procedure.
